Safety Plans

 ... Is it ....normal for newly colonised planets to be building outposts at the rate we do? We've been here almost a year and we've already got one and working on another. Reviewing on the safety paperwork for these big projects takes a lot of effort, you know! At HQ we'd have a team and everything, but out here, you've just got me. I suppose I need to be doubly sure I don't make any mistakes.
