Hello I have a few questions regarding your post.

1) What considerations have you made for the 7 members of the colony who are current out on expeditions for another week and a half? I doubt the snacks and sweets will last that long and it would greatly decrease their smiles if they didn't get their share

2) How do the smiles factor into your role? Are you always with a smile, or do you look at the safey of the people here while also ensuring that they have smiles?

3) What happens if you break the requirements for the smile in the name?

4) Define productively for me please in relation to agricultural output

5) Where abouts can I find you on the base if I have any concerns regarding safety that absolutely must be spoken about in person?

6) Are you a doctor?

7) How many years have you been working and dedicating yourself to promoting safety with smiles?

1) Oh, not to worry. I was briefed on the expeditions before arriving and I have packed the goodie bags!

2) The smile part refers to how we gently and kindly inform people and encourage proper safety measures. Of course, we hope that by ensuring safety, we can ensure the smiles of workers and their families as well.

3) I suppose then my annual evaluations wouldn't look very good, and I might lose my bonus.

4) That would be the expected yield based on the type of crop or livestock, taking into account input in terms of fertiliser or feed. If yields fall below expectations, then we have to see why that is the case!

5) I have an office in Med Bay! Please look for the door with the SWS logo.

6) No, I am not a doctor.

7) I've been working with SWS since I was an intern! So that makes it... about five years?
